Yet another frisking episode
The week before last, it was the former President APJ Abdul Kalam who was in the news and for all the wrong reasons when they frisked him at the airport in India. Yesterday, it was the Bollywood celebrity Shahrukh Khan who was frisked at the Newark airport. There’s much ado when people like these get frisked at the airport, which I reckon is totally unnecessary. Regardless of who the person is, isn’t it obligatory that each and every individual should be thoroughly checked for security purposes? Security is a serious matter, everyone should be checked and no individual should be spared.
