Comparing the chances of Australia and India reaching the semis, the former clearly has a huge advantage over the latter. In my last post, I had hinted about a miracle. The miracle which I was alluding to is this - Australia should lose miserably to Pakistan and that too by a big margin, plus India should win against West Indies comprehensively and convincingly. Only then does the team which is always vying for the top spot in the ODI rankings will make it to the semi finals. However, there’s also another problem that would leave them in a quandary - should the rain play spoilsport again, it will be curtains for the Men in Blue.
