The grass is always greener on the other side
When my Team Leader informed me that I would be moving to another team, it was difficult to digest the news and initially, I was in an inexplicable quandary whether to go ahead with the offer or not. I looked askance at this option provided to me because getting up for this 8 - 5 shift was something I was not accustomed to and the fact that it would take some time to get used to wasn’t music to my ears. And gradually when things fell into place, it was the perfect shift for me and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. But when we were intimated that we would get back to the previous shift, it was quite disheartening. However, we will be working in the 8 - 5 shift from the first week of November and there are not many days left for this month to end.
